形状记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折疗效分析

目的探讨形状记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2008年1月～2009年4月收治的髌骨骨折采用形状记忆合金髌骨爪治疗的患者62例设为治疗组，设同期采用钢丝环扎内固定治疗的62例髌骨骨折为对照组，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组优良率为95．2％，优于对照组的85．5％，组间比较差异显著P〈0．05。结论形状记忆合金髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折，疗效确切，可及早进行膝关节功能锻炼，可提高患者膝关节功能恢复，是临床治疗髌骨骨折的有效方法。

Efficacy analysis of shape memory alloy patella in the treatment of patellar fracture

Objective To explore the effect of shape memory alloy patella in the treatment of patellar fracture. Methods Sixty-two patients with patellar fracture treated with shape memory alloy patella from January 2008 to April 2009 were selected as treatment group. Another 62 patients with patellar fracture treated with wire cerclage fixation during the same period were selected as control group. The treatment efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results Excellent rate of the treatment group was 95.2%, better than that of the control group（85.5 % ）. The difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The shape memory alloy patella in the treatment of patellar fracture has proved effect. It can lead to early knee joio t training and knee function recovery. It is an effective clinical treatment method for patellar fracture.
