| 摘 要： | 目的探讨强化护理对慢性肾功能不全患者高磷血症的影响。方法40例慢性肾功能不全伴高磷血症（血磷〉1．5mmol／g）患者分为实验组和对照组，每组20例。对照组只接受常规护理指导，实验组患者接受强化护理，3个月后评价干预效果。结果3个月后，实验组患者磷下降程度比对照组低，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论强化护理对慢性肾功能不全患者高磷血症的控制起积极作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of intensive nursing on chronic renal failure pa- tients with hyperphosphatemia. Methods Fourty chronic renal failure patients with hyperphos- phatemia were randomly assigned into experimental group （ n = 20） and control group （ n = 20）. Patients in the experimental group received intensive nursing. While the patients in the control group received routine nursing. The effects were evaluated at the 3rd month after intervention. Results The level of serum phosphorus in the experimental group were significanhy lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.01 ） after 3 month intervention. Conclusion The intensive nursing made a positive role in the disease control of chronic renal failure patients with hyperphosphatemia. |
