摘    要:目的探讨肺结核患者外周血淋巴细胞内腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性和T淋巴细胞亚群定量检测的关系及临床意义。方法应用全自动生化分析仪测定肺结核患者血清ADA的活性和用流式细胞仪测定外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群。结果肺结核患者外周血ADA活性显著高于对照组,化疗2个月及6个月后,其活性显著降低,外周血CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+比值差异有统计学意义,ADA与CD4+/CD8+之间存在相关性。结论肺结核患者淋巴细胞内ADA活性升高与T淋巴细胞亚群比例失调有关,检测患者外周血ADA、T淋巴细胞亚群的变化有助于临床病情监控、疗效判定及预后判断。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical significance and relevance of peripheral blood adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity and the T- lymphocyte subpapulations in patients with pul- monary tuberculosis. Methods Automatic biochemistry analysis was conducted to examine peripher- al blood adenosine deaminase activity. Flow cytometry was used to examine T- lymphocyte subpop- ulations. Results The peripheral blood ADA activity of pulmonary tuberculosis patients was signifi- cantly higher than that in the control group. The activity after two and six months decreased signifi- cantly. The peripheral blood CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 +/CD8 + ratio showed significant differences. ADA activity was significantly correlated with the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + . Conclusion The increase of ADA activity is related with the ratio imbalance of the T- lymphocyte subpopulations in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. To detect peripheral blood ADA activity and the T- lymphocyte sub- populations might be useful in condition monitoring, efficacy, prognosis of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
