预防性静脉输液人群的相关调查与分析

目的探讨社区定期输液的中老年慢性病患者对长期输注中药针剂预防脑血栓形成、脑梗死等老年病的依从性及其危害性。方法回顾分析160例中老年患者的临床资料，通过调查问卷的形式，总结中老年慢性病患者长期输注中药针剂的原因及建议与对策。结果发现长期反复输注中药针剂的原因是多方面的。结论中老年慢性病患者应采纳健康行为，科学预防疾病，规避风险。长期输注中药针剂来预防老年病，不仅浪费了医疗资源，更可能给患者的身心健康带来潜在的危害，导致原有疾病加重。

Related investigation and analysis of prophylactic intravenous infusion

Objective To explore the compliance and harmfulness of long- term infusion of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injection for prevention of cerebral thrombosis and cerebral in- fraction in middle - aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases and treatment of community peri- odical infusion. Methods The clinical data of 160 middle - aged and elderly patients were retrospec- tively reviewed. By means of questionnaire investigation, the causes and solutions of long- term in- fusion of TCM injection for middle - aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases were summa- rized. Results There were many causes for long- term repeated infusion of TCM injection . Con- clusion Middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases should adopt health behavior and scientific prevention of diseases in order to avoid risk. Long - term infusion of TCM injection for prevention of senile disease can not only waste medical resources, but also cause potential damage to the physical and mental health of the patients, and this can aggravate disease conditions.
