高龄糖尿病患者合并低血糖的原因分析及护理干预

目的了解高龄糖尿病患者低血糖的发生原因和临床特点，加深医护人员对糖尿病低血糖的认识，并及时准确地诊断、护理，为早期发现和及时干预提供临床经验。方法回顾性分析37例高龄糖尿病患者治疗过程中发生低血糖的原因，并针对低血糖发生的原因采取相应护理干预。结果本组37例患者，在低血糖时均得到及时处理，低血糖症状消失，血糖恢复至正常水平，护理纠正率100％，且在护理过程中未产生其他并发症。结论高龄患者在治疗糖尿病过程中容易发生低血糖，临床上首先要做好糖尿病健康教育工作及护理指导，培养患者糖尿病的自我管理能力；其次要密切观察病情变化，提高低血糖的早期诊断率；另外，对于高龄糖尿病患者血糖控制目标宜放宽，这样才能降低低血糖的发生率，提高患者的生命质量。

Cause analysis and nursing intervention of senile diabetes patients with hypoglycemia

Objective To explore the causes and clinical characteristics of hypoglycemia in senile diabetes patients and to reinforce the cognition of the diabetes hypoglycemia in nursing stuffs in order to make accurate diagnosis and nursing timely and to provide clinical experience for early de- tection and proper intervention. Methods The causes of hypoglycemia during the treatment in 37 senile diabetes patients were analyzed retrospectively, and then corresponding nursing interventions were adopted according to the causes. Results All of the 37 patients received timely treatment when hypoglycemia occurred, the symptoms of hypoglycemia disappeared and blood glucose returned to normal level. Nursing corrective rate was 100 % and no complication occurred in the nursing pro- cess. Conclusion The senile patients are prone to hypoglycemia during the treatment of diabetes. Thus, firstly we should well complete diabetes health education and nursing guidance, and cultivate their abilities of self management as well. Secondly, we should closely observe the changes of condi- tions in order to improve the early diagnosis rate of hypoglycemia. In addition, blood glucose control targets should be relaxed for senile diabetes patients so as to reduce the incidence rate of hypo- glycemia and improve the life quality of patients.
