冠心病患者血清脂联素和E-选择素检测及其相关性

目的探讨冠心病患者血清脂联素(APN)及E-选择素(Es)的表达及其相关性。方法选择冠状动脉造影明确诊断的冠心病患者70例,分为稳定型心绞痛组(SAP)24例,不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP)28例,心肌梗死组(AMI)18例和冠状动脉造影基本正常的患者18例(对照组)。测定各组之间年龄、性别构成,吸烟史、高血压病史及家族史比例,总胆固醇(TC)以及甘油三酯(TG)。应用酶联免疫吸附法分别检测各组血清APN、ES水平,并进行相关性分析。结果冠心病组血清APN水平明显降低,且SAP、UAP、AMI 3组血清APN水平依次降低,各组间差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。冠心病组血清ES水平明显升高,且SAP、UAP、AMI 3组血清ES水平依次升高,各组间差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。冠心病组血清APN和ES水平呈负相关(r=-0.585,P<0.01)。结论冠心病组血清APN水平降低,ES水平升高,两者之间的相互关系可能促进了动脉粥样硬化的发展。

The Correlation between Serum Adiponectin and E-selectin in Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study The expression of serum adiponectin and E-selectin in coronary heart disease and their correlation.Methods Serum levels of adiponectin and E-selectin were detected in 88 patients with angiographically confirmed 24 cases of stable angina pectoris（SAP）,28 cases of unstable angina pectoris（UAP）,18 cases of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）and 18 control subjects with normal coronary angiogram（control group）.Age,construction of sex,proportion of smoking history、hypertension history and family history,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG） were recorded.Serum levels of adiponectin and E-selectin were detected respectively by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and study their correlation.Results Serum adiponectin levels in The coronary heart disease（CHD） group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the levels of serum adiponectin decreased gradually from SAP group to AMI group,the differences of each group were obviously（P0.05）.Serum E-selectin levels in The CHD group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the levels of E-selectin increased gradually from SAP group to AMI group,the differences of each group were obviously（P0.05）.The changes of serum adiponcctin and E-selectin were negatively correlated in CHD group（r=-0.585,P0.01）.Conclusion The Serum levels of adiponectin decrease in CHD group,the Serum levels of E-selectin increase in CHD group.The correlation between adiponectin and E-selectin may promote the development of atherosclerosis.
