D-半乳糖诱发氧自由基升高对大鼠颈动脉弹性的影响

摘    要:目的观察D-半乳糖诱发氧自由基升高对大鼠颈动脉弹性的影响.方法大鼠皮下注射D-半乳糖140mg/kg连续7周,造成氧自由基升高动物模型.分别测定模型与对照动物的血浆MDA、SOD,并采用廖福龙设计的恒速注入流体方法测定大鼠颈动脉血管段的顺应性.结果模型组较对照组MDA含量显著升高(P<0.01),SOD略有下降.血管顺应性测量发现模型组弹性速率和弹性面积升高,其中弹性面积有显著性差异(P<0.05),表明造模后动物的动脉的顺应性下降.结论 D-半乳糖诱导大鼠氧自由基升高使颈动脉弹性受损、顺应性下降.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of oxygen free radical induced by D-galactose on carotid flexibility in rats.Method The animal model was made by injecting D-galactose 140mg/kg s.c.7 weeks to induce oxygen free radical in rats.The blood plasma MDA,SOD were determined in control and model groups.We measured flexibility of rat carotid segment by constant injection method designed by Liao Fu-long.Result The plasma MDA more significantly increased in model group than control group(P<0.01),the plasma SOD declined a little in model group.The pressure increasing slope and area under the curve in model group increased more than control group.The difference in area under the curve is significant(P<0.05).This indicates that the carotid flexibility in model group declined.Conclusion The elevation of oxygen free radical induced by D-galactose could impair flexibility of carotid.
