| 摘 要： | 以原卟啉20 mg tid口服治疗病毒性肝炎所致高胆红质血症患者67例,并以国内常用利胆退黄中草药治疗43例作为对照组。治疗后原卟啉钠对降低胆红质、锌浊度、谷丙转氨酶疗效显著,分别达97％,100％,98％,高于中草药组(p<0.01),并对尿液的粪卟啉转阴性也有显著疗效。原卟啉钠除个别病人有药物热以外,未见其他副作用,安全范围大,值得进一步推广使用。

| Abstract: | Protoporphyrin sodium 20 mg tid po to 67 patients with hyperbili-rubinemia caused by hepatitis.lt reduced serum bilirubin 97%, zinc turbidity 100 %,and serum GPT 98% (p<0.01). Por-phyrins disappeared in urine and feces. There were few side reactions except fever in 1 patient.Traditional Chinese medicines were given to 43 patients for comparison.Which reduced serum bilirubin 84%, zinc turbidity 46%, and serum GPT 63%?It is suggested that protoporphyrin sodium is worthy of further clinical trials. |
