| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腔内微创钬激光碎石治疗儿童下尿路结石的安全性和疗效。方法对6例儿童下尿路结石行膀胱镜下钬激光碎石疗效进行分析。结果所有病例碎石均一次成功，无并发症。结论钬激光腔内碎石创伤小、恢复快．是治疗儿童下尿路结石安全有效的方法。
