| 摘 要： | 人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)相关性瘙痒性丘疹(pruritic papular eruption,PPE)是HIV感染者中常见的皮肤表现。HIV-PPE在热带地区发病率较高。临床表现以慢性、瘙痒性、对称性丘疹为特征。但HIV-PPE的病因及发病机制还不清楚,病理特征尚未明确。HIV-PPE与CD4细胞计数下降有一定相关性。目前缺乏有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Pruritic papular eruption of HIV(HIV-PPE) has become the common cutaneous manifestation in HIV-infected patients. HIV-PPE has a higher prevalence in tropic regions. PPE is characterized by chronic pruritus and symmetric papular eruptions. However, there is no clear consensus on the etiology of PPE and the pathologic findings. PPE is correlated with decrease in CD4 cell counts. The effective treatments for PPE are unavailable at present. |
