HHV6和HHV7感染与类风湿性关节炎的相关性

目的 探讨人疱疹病毒6型（HHV6）和7型（HHV7）感染在类风湿性关节炎（RA）病因学中作用。方法 用巢式PCR技术，检测62例类风湿性关节炎病人和138例健康献血员外周血单个核细胞（PBMCs）和血浆中HHV6和HHV7DNA。结果 类风湿性关节炎病人组PBMCs中HHV6和HHV7DNA阳性率与正常对照组比较均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；部分类风湿性关节炎病人血浆中可检出HHV6和HHV7DNA，而对照组血浆中则为阴性。结论 类风湿性关节炎病人中可能存在HHV6或HHV7的活动性感染，与类风湿性关节炎的发生发展有一定关系。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HHV6 AND HHV7 INFECTION AND RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Objective To investigate the role of human herpesvirus 6 and 7(HHV6,HHV7) infection in the etiology of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods HHV6 and HHV7 DNA from the plasma and peripheral blood mononuclear cells((PBMCs)) were tested with nested PCR in 62 RA patients and 138 matched healthy adult donors. Results The differences of positive rates of HHV6 DNA and HHV7 DNA in PBMCs of the patients were not significant compared with those of the healthy controls(P>0.05);HHV6 and HHV7 & DNA were detected in the plasma of some patients but negative in the plasma of the controls.(Conclusion HHV6) and HHV7 DNA are present in the plasma of some RA patients,which suggests that the active infection of HHV6 and HHV7 may be related to the pathogenesis of RA.
