农村精神分裂症患者家庭-社区康复治疗

目的：探索农村精神分裂症患者家庭-社区康复治疗。方法：采用随机抽样法。对4个镇农村精神分裂症患者（60例）随机分为康复组和对照组，由专职医师对康复组进行综合康复措施，对照组仅为上门随访。于人组前及康复后的3、6、8、12、15、20个月分别对两组患者的精神病评定量表（BPRS），阴性症状量表（SANS）及社会功能缺陷量表（SDSS）进行评估和比较。结果：康复前的对照组与康复组就以上量表测定无显著性差异，经实施康复治疗，两组有显著性差异。结论：农村精神分裂症患者家庭-社区康复治疗能够改善其精神病性症状，减轻阴性症状，减轻其社会功能残疾程度，并能培养患者家属成为家庭中不走的康复师。

The family of rural schizophrenias-community rehabilitation

Objective: To analyze the family of rural schizophrenias-community rehabilitation.Methods:Adopt method of random sampling.Sixty rural patients with schizophrenias were randomly divided into two groups(the rehabilitation group and the control group).The patients in the rehabilitation group were intervened with comprehensive rehabilitation by specialist,while those in the control group were intervened with follow-up survey.Therapeutic effect was assessed and compared according to the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS) and Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS) between the two groups,respectively before the start and 3 months,6 months,8 months,12 months,15 months,20 months after the rehabilitation.Results: No significant difference was tested with the above-mentioned measuring scales between the two groups before the rehabilitation.But significant difference was shown between the two groups after the rehabilitation.Conclusions:The family of rural schizophrenias-community rehabilitation can improve the psychotic symptom,lower the negative symptom and lower the degree of disability,meanwhile,train the family member of patient as a rehabilitation physician.
