摘    要:目的建立测定双苯氟嗪含量的方法。方法采用非水电位滴定法,以冰醋酸为溶剂,用0.1mol/L高氯酸滴定液滴定,以玻璃电极为指示电极、甘汞电极为参比电极,用电位法指示终点。结果绘制出的滴定曲线,滴定突跃明显;重复测定同一批样品,其含量的RSD为0.13%(n=6)。结论非水电位滴定法简便快速,准确度高,精密度好,可作为双苯氟嗪的含量测定方法。

Determination of Dipfluzine by Nonaqueous Potentiometric Titration

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of dipfluzine, Methods Nonaqueous potentiometric titration was used for assay, To dissolve the sample with glacial acetic acid and to titrate sample with perchloric acid (0.1 mol/L). Glass electrode was used as the indicator electrode and saturated calomel electrode was used as the reference electrode. The end point of the titration was determined by potentiometry method, Results A titration curve was drawn and the jump was evident. Determining the same sample for six times, the relative standard deviation of content was 0. 13%, Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise. It can be used for the determination of dipfluzine.
