| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层CT诊断和鉴别诊断肺结核的价值。方法回顾分析52例经痰检、活检和临床治愈证实的肺结核病例。全部病例均做了胸部平片和薄层CT扫描,其中27例做了增强CT扫描。结果 HRCT能够发现平片和常规CT不能或不能全部显示的许多征象,如小叶中心分布的气腔结节,小气道结节(树芽征),肺间质异常和马赛克灌注等。在52例肺结核中:①磨玻璃密度与实变29例,占55.76%。②空洞13例,占25%。③树芽征26例,占50%。④随机分布的结节8例,占15.38%。⑤小叶间隔增厚14例,占26.72%。⑥支气管、血管周围间质增厚9例,占17.3%。结论多层螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)能够真实、形象地显示肺结核的各种重要征象,因此,作为一种无创检查,多层螺旋CT对肺结核能够做出正确的诊断。
