微螺钉种植体支抗治疗错颌畸形的临床有效性

摘    要:目的 探讨微螺钉种植体支抗治疗错颌畸形的临床效果。方法 选取2021年2月-2023年4月于我院接受治疗的96例错颌畸形患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和研究组,每组48例。参照组采用口外弓支抗正畸,研究组采用微螺钉种植体支抗正畸,比较两组临床疗效、牙列指标、咀嚼功能以及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为97.92%,高于参照组的85.42%(P <0.05);研究组上切牙宽度、上中切牙角、下切牙宽度、下中切牙角均大于参照组(P <0.05);研究组咀嚼效率及咬合力均优于参照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为2.08%,低于参照组的14.58%(P<0.05)。结论 错颌畸形患者应用微螺钉种植体支抗效果确切,能够提升临床疗效,优化牙列指标,改善咀嚼功能及咬合力,且安全性较高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of micro-screw implant anchorage in the treatment of malocclusion. MethodsA total of 96 patients with malocclusion who were treated in our hospital from February 2021 to April 2023 were randomly dividedinto reference group and study group, with 48 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with extraoral arch anchorageorthodontics, and the study group was treated with micro-screw implant anchorage orthodontics. The clinical efficacy, dentitionindex, masticatory function and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatmentin the study group was 97.92%, which was higher than 85.42% in the reference group (P <0.05). The width of the upper incisors, theangle of the upper central incisors, the width of the lower incisors and the angle of the lower central incisors in the study group weregreater than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The masticatory efficiency and bite force of the study group were better thanthose of the reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.08%, which was lower than 14.58%in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of micro-screw implant anchorage in patients with malocclusion iseffective, which can improve the clinical efficacy, optimize the dentition index, improve the masticatory function and bite force, andhas high safety.
