海藻硫酸多糖对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用

摘    要:ttttt  目的  ttttt观察海藻多糖对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能的影响。ttttt  方法  ttttt测定小鼠胸腺细胞自发掺入3H-TdR的能力、脾细胞对ConA(刀豆蛋白A)及LPS(脂多糖)的增殖反应及脾混合淋巴细胞反应, 考察海藻多糖对γ射线照射小鼠免疫功能的影响。ttttt  结果  ttttt海藻多糖处理组小鼠胸腺细胞自发掺入3H-TdR值、脾细胞对ConA及LPS的增殖反应、脾混合淋巴细胞反应均较照射组明显增强(P < 0.05), 且与海藻多糖的剂量增加呈正相关。ttttt  结论  ttttt海藻多糖对辐射所致的免疫功能损伤有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:ttttt  Objective  tttttTo observe the effect of marine algal polysaccharide on immune function of irradiated mice.ttttt  Methods  tttttThe spontaneous incorporation of 3H-TdR into thymocytes, proliferation response of splenocytes to ConA and LPS and mixed lymphocyte reaction was examined.ttttt  Results  tttttMarine algal polysaccharide could enhance spontaneous incorporation of 3H-TdR into thymocytes, accelerate the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes and increase the abilities of mixed lymphocyte reaction.ttttt  Conclusion  tttttMarine algal polysaccharide had significant effect on protecting immune function from irradiation injuries.
