超分子水杨酸化学焕肤术联合黄金射频微针治疗毛孔粗大的效果

目的 探究超分子水杨酸化学焕肤术联合黄金射频微针对毛孔粗大的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年12月-2023年12月于我院就诊的60例毛孔粗大患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n =30）和试验组（n =30）。对照组给予黄金射频微针治疗，试验组在对照组基础上联合超分子水杨酸焕肤术治疗，比较两组面部毛孔状态、Face-Q量表评分、不良反应发生情况。结果 两组治疗后毛孔评级、毛孔计数绝对值均低于治疗前，且试验组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗后面部整体满意度评分、心理功能评分均高于治疗前，且试验组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 超分子水杨酸化学焕肤术与黄金射频微针联合应用于毛孔粗大患者中，可以改善患者面部毛孔粗大问题，提升患者对面部的满意度，且该联合治疗方式安全可靠，值得应用。

Effect of Supramolecular Salicylic Acid Chemical Peels Combined with GoldRadiofrequency Microneedle in the Treatment of Enlarged Pores

Objective To explore the clinical effect of supramolecular salicylic acid chemical peels combined with goldradiofrequency microneedle on enlarged pores. Methods A total of 60 patients with enlarged pores who were treated in our hospitalfrom December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group (n =30) and experimental group (n =30). Thecontrol group was treated with gold radiofrequency microneedle, and the experimental group was treated with supramolecularsalicylic acid chemical peels on the basis of the control group. The facial pore status, Face-Q scale score and adverse reactionswere compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the absolute values of pore rating and pore count in the twogroups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the overall facial satisfaction score and psychological function score of the two groups were higher thanthose before treatment, and those of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). There was nosignificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion For patients with enlargedpores, supramolecular salicylic acid chemical peels combined with gold radiofrequency microneedles can improve the problem ofenlarged pores, improve patients'' satisfaction, and the combined treatment is safe and reliable, which is worthy of application.
