整形外科技术在乳腺巨大纤维腺瘤手术中的应用价值

目的 探讨整形外科技术在乳腺巨大纤维腺瘤手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年9月-2023年9月我院收治的50例巨大纤维腺瘤患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组25例。对照组采用传统手术方法切除巨大纤维腺瘤，观察组采用整形外科技术切除巨大纤维腺瘤，比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、并发症发生情况、手术满意度。结果 观察组术中出血量高于对照组，手术时间长于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为8.00%，低于对照组的36.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组手术满意度为96.00%，高于对照组的52.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 采用环乳晕弧形切口下结合腺体瓣转移技术切除巨大纤维腺瘤，可减少术中出血量，缩短手术时间，减少并发症发生率，提高患者手术满意度，值得应用。

Application Value of Plastic Surgery in the Operation of Giant Fibroadenoma of the Breast

Objective To explore the application effect of plastic surgery in the operation of giant fibroadenoma of the breast.Methods A total of 50 patients with giant fibroadenoma admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to September 2023 wererandomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated withtraditional surgical methods to remove giant fibroadenoma, and the observation group was treated with plastic surgery to removegiant fibroadenoma. The intraoperative blood loss, operation time, complications and surgical satisfaction were compared betweenthe two groups. Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and theoperation time was longer than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was8.00%, which was lower than 36.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The surgical satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 52.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The removal of giant fibroadenoma by arc incisioncombined with glandular flap transfer can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, shorten the operation time, reduce theincidence of complications, and improve the satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of application.
