摘    要:目的 探讨在剖宫产后应用赋能教育模式的效果及对患者切口美观性、血栓认知度的影响。方法选取2022年6月-2023年3月于本院产科行剖宫产的94例初产妇为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组47例。对照组予以常规术后护理,研究组在对照组基础上予以赋能教育模式,比较两组瘢痕情况、切口美观度、康复时间、血栓认知度及依从性。结果 研究组瘢痕宽度、厚度均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组瘢痕长度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组VSS评分、PSAS评分及OSAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及术后住院天数均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血栓认知各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 赋能教育模式的实施可提高剖宫产产妇的血栓认知度及依从性,有利于减轻瘢痕程度,提升切口美观性,促进产后恢复。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of empowerment education model after cesarean section and its influence onincision aesthetics and thrombosis cognition of patients. Methods A total of 94 primiparas who underwent cesarean sectionin the obstetrics department of our hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. They weredivided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 47 primiparas in each group. The controlgroup was given routine postoperative care, and the study group was given an empowerment education model on the basisof the control group. The scar condition, incision aesthetics, rehabilitation time, thrombosis awareness and compliance werecompared between the two groups. Results The width and thickness of scar in the study group were smaller than those in thecontrol group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in scar length betweenthe two groups (P >0.05). The VSS score, PSAS score and OSAS score of the study group were lower than those of the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The anal exhaust time, ambulation time and postoperative hospitalstay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The scores of each dimension of thrombosis cognition in the study group were higher than those in the control group, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the empowerment education model can improve cesarean section maternal thrombosis awareness and compliance, which is conducive to reducing thedegree of scar, improving the aesthetics of the incision, and promoting postp artum recovery.
