口呼吸儿童正畸治疗期间实施口唇肌功能训练对牙颌面发育的影响

目的 研究口唇肌功能训练用于口呼吸儿童正畸治疗期间的效果及对患儿牙颌面发育的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年10月于常州市第一人民医院/苏州大学附属第三医院接受正畸治疗的口呼吸儿童88例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组44例。对照组采取常规干预，观察组在此基础上加用口唇肌功能训练，比较两组口腔形态学指标（ANB角、SNB角、NP-FH角、U1-NA角）水平和颌面部形态变化情况（鼻唇角、颏唇角、颏颈角及面型角）及舒适度、美观度。结果 观察组矫正后ANB角、U1-NA角和SNB角小于对照组，NP-FH角大于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组面型角小于对照组，颏颈角、颏唇角、鼻唇角大于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组舒适度、美观度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 口唇肌功能训练用于口呼吸儿童正畸治疗期间，能促进患儿的口腔形态和颌面部形态恢复，提高舒适度、美观度，可作为正畸治疗的补充干预手段。

Effect of Lip Muscle Function Training on Dental and Maxillofacial Development inChildren with Oral Breathing During Orthodontic Treatment Period

Objective To study the effect of lip muscle function training for children with oral breathing during orthodontic treatmentperiod and its effect on dental and maxillofacial development. Methods A total of 88 children with oral breathing who received orthodontictreatment in the First People''s Hospital of Changzhou/the Third Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2022 to October2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 44 childrenin each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received lip muscle function training on thisbasis. The oral morphological indexes (ANB angle, SNB angle, NP-FH angle, U1-NA angle) and maxillofacial morphological changes(nasolabial angle, chin-labial angle, chin-neck angle and facial angle), comfort and aesthetics were compared between the two groups.Results After correction, the ANB angle, U1-NA angle and SNB angle of the observation group were smaller than those of the controlgroup, and the NP-FH angle was larger than that of the control group (P<0.05). The facial angle of the observation group was smaller thanthat of the control group, and the chin-neck angle, chin-lip angle and nasolabial angle were larger than those of the control group (P<0.05).The scores of comfort and aesthetics in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Lipmuscle function training can promote the recovery of oral morphology and maxillofacial morphology, improve comfort and aesthetics,and can be used as a supplementary intervention for orthodontic treatment in children with oral breathing during orthodontic treatment.
