黄金微针点阵射频治疗腋臭过程中的相关护理策略分析

目的 分析腋臭患者接受黄金微针点阵射频中采用综合护理的应用效果。方法 选取2023年2月-9月于我院接受黄金微针点阵射频治疗的腋臭患者40例，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组20例。对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以综合护理，比较两组护理满意度、并发症发生率、心理状态、生活质量、临床疗效。结果 研究组护理满意度为100.00%，高于对照组的80.00%（P＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 黄金微针点阵射频治疗腋臭患者时采用综合护理方法，可起到辅助治疗效果，调节患者心理状态，预防并发症发生，提高患者护理满意度，值得应用。

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Gold Microneedle Lattice RadiofrequencyTreatment of Axillary Osmidrosis Patients

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with axillary osmidrosis receiving goldmicroneedle lattice radiofrequency. Methods From February to September 2023, 40 patients with axillary osmidrosis who receivedgold microneedle dot matrix radiofrequency treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 20 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing satisfaction, complication rate, psychological state, quality of life and clinical efficacy were compared between thetwo groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total effectiverate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the study groupafter intervention was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group werelower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with axillary osmidrosis receiving gold microneedle latticeradiofrequency, comprehensive nursing can play an auxiliary therapeutic effect, regulate the psychological state of patients, preventcomplications, and improve patient care satisfaction. It is worthy of application.
