四步法眼袋整形术在老年患者眼部整形中的应用

目的 分析在老年患者中应用四步法眼袋整形术进行眼部整形的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2024年1月于我院接受眼部整形的68例老年患者为研究对象，根据手术类型不同分为对照组和试验组，各34例。对照组应用常规眼袋整形术治疗，试验组应用四步法眼袋整形术治疗，比较两组临床疗效、围术期指标、眼部状况积分及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组总有效率为9 7 . 0 6 %，高于对照组的76.47%（P ＜0.05）；试验组术后恢复时间、出血量低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；试验组治疗后下眼睑皮肤臃肿、松弛、下垂积分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；试验组并发症发生率为2.94%，低于对照组的17.65%（P＜0.05）。结论 在老年患者眼部整形中应用四步法眼袋整形术的效果确切，能提高术后恢复速度，且术后并发症发生率低。

Application of Four-step Eye Bag Plastic Surgery in Elderly Patients with Eye Plastic Surgery

Objective To analyze the effect of four-step eye bag plastic surgery in elderly patients. Methods A total of 68 elderlypatients who underwent eye plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the different types of surgery, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 34 patients in eachgroup. The control group was treated with conventional eye bag plastic surgery, and the experimental group was treated with fourstepeye bag plastic surgery. The clinical efficacy, perioperative indicators, eye status scores and complications were comparedbetween the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.06%, which was higher than 76.47% ofthe control group (P <0.05). The postoperative recovery time and blood loss in the experimental group were lower than those in thecontrol group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of bloated, relaxed and drooping lower eyelid skin in the experimental groupwere lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.94%, whichwas lower than 17.65% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of four-step eye bag plastic surgery in elderlypatients with eye plastic surgery has a definite effect, which can improve the postoperative recovery speed, and the incidence ofpostoperative complications is low.
