刺络拔罐合针灸共治带状疱疹后神经痛的效果及对睡眠质量的影响

目的 探究刺络拔罐结合针灸治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法 选择2021年1月-2023年6月西北民族大学医学院附属医院收治的200例带状疱疹后神经痛患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各100例。对照组采取针灸，观察组采取针灸联合刺络拔罐治疗，比较两组临床疗效、PSQI评分及创面愈合情况。结果 观察组总有效率为99.00%，高于对照组的92.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后PSQI各维度评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组创面愈合率高于对照组，创面愈合时间短于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 刺络拔罐结合针灸可提升带状疱疹后神经痛患者临床疗效，改善患者睡眠质量，促进创面愈合。

Effect of Pricking and Cupping Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion onPostherpetic Neuralgia and its Effect on Sleep Quality

Objective To explore the effect of pricking and cupping combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on postherpeticneuralgia and its effect on sleep quality. Methods A total of 200 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the AffiliatedHospital of Northwest Minzu University School of Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into controlgroup and observation group, with 100 patients in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with pricking and cupping. The clinical efficacy,PSQI score and wound healing were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation groupwas 99.00%, which was higher than 92.00% of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of PSQI in the observationgroup were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than thatof the control group, and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Pricking andcupping combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with postherpetic neuralgia,improve the sleep quality of patients, and promote wound healing.
