果酸化学换肤术联合595染料激光治疗寻常痤疮的临床效果

目的 探讨对寻常痤疮患者采用果酸化学换肤术联合595染料激光治疗的效果。方法 选择2022年6月-2023年6月沈阳市第七人民医院收治的60例寻常痤疮患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组，每组30例。对照组采用595染料激光治疗，联合组采用595染料激光联合果酸化学换肤术治疗，比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 联合组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%（P ＜0.05）；两组红斑、紫癜发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；联合组灼热感、破溃发生率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 果酸化学换肤术联合595染料激光治疗寻常痤疮的效果良好，可提升治疗总有效率，且不良反应可控，临床安全性较高。

Clinical Effect of Glycolic Acid Peels Combined with 595 Dye Laser in the Treatment ofAcne Vulgaris

Objective To investigate the effect of glycolic acid peels combined with 595 dye laser in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods Sixty patients with acne vulgaris admitted to the Seventh People''s Hospital of Shenyang from June 2022 to June 2023were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and combined group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 595 dye laser, and the combined group was treated with 595 dyelaser combined with glycolic acid peels. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results Thetotal effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of erythema and purpura between the two groups (P >0.05). The incidence ofburning sensation and ulceration in the combined group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effectof glycolic acid peels combined with 595 dye laser in the treatment of acne vulgaris is good, which can improve the total effectiverate of treatment, and the adverse reactions are controllable and the clinical safety is high.
