| 摘 要： | 目的：研究促甲状腺激素受体抗体（TRAb）与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病（AITD）的关系。方法：采用放射受体法（RRA）测定185例AITD病人中TRAb的水平，与甲状腺激素进行相关性分析。结果：与正常对照组相比，TRAb水平在Graves病（GD）中存在显著性差异（P＜0．01），且与FT3，FT4呈高度正相关，与sTSH呈高度负相关；在特发性粘液水肿中存在显著性差异（P＜0．01），且TRAb与FT4呈高度负相关，与sTSH呈高度正相关。在桥本氏甲状腺炎中无显著性差异（P＞0．05），且TRAb与TGAb,TMAb不相关。结论：TRAb对AITD的诊断、鉴别诊断及疗效观察具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between serum TRAb and automumme thyroid disease(AITD).Methods:The levels of serum TRAb were measured in 185 patients of AITD by radioreceptorassay (RRA) and its correlation to thyroid hormone. Results: The levels of TRAb in Graves disease(GD) were significant higher than those of control group(P<0.01), which highly positive correlation to FT3,FT4 mid negative correlation to sTSH; so did the levels of TRAb in idiopathic myxedema but positive correlation to sTSH; the levels of TRAb in Hashimoto's thyroiditis had no significant difference as compared with that of control group (P>0.05), which highly no-correlated to TGAb, TMAb.Conclusion:TRAb plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment observation of AITD. |
