鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤48例

目的总结鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床特点,探讨鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤复发的原因和预防。方法选取1997年7月至2005年10月48例鼻腔鼻窦乳头状瘤,施行鼻内镜手术切除并观察疗效,根据Krouse分期,T1级8例,T2级28例,T3级12例。结果 48例均在鼻内镜下彻底切除肿瘤,无并发症发生。随访1～5年,未见复发和恶变病例。结论鼻内镜手术治疗T1～T3级鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤安全、微创,能够有效控制术后复发,应作为首选的治疗方法。

Clinical analysis of 48 case with nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses inverted papilloma

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and evaluate courses of recurrence on nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses inverted papilloma.Methods 48 cases operated between 1997 and 2005,with nasal catity and paranasal sinuses inverted papilloma in stageⅠ-Ⅲ were retrospectively analysed according to the staging system developed by Krouse.All patients were treated with intronasal endscopic surgery,and followed up for 1to 5 years.Results The inverted papilloma was removed completely and no serious complications encountered.No recurrence was occurred in follow-up period.Conclusion Endoseopic surgery is an effective treatment for nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses inverted papilloma in stage Ⅰ-Ⅲ,and should be used as the first line treatment.
