髋部骨折患者实施翻身顺应性指导的效果观察

目的 探讨髋部骨折患者利用力的顺应性对其进行翻身指导,对减轻患者疼痛程度和压疮发生率的影响.方法 将62例髋部骨折患者随机分为观察组30例、对照组32例,观察组利用人体力学原理,指导患者利用力的顺应性,借助护理人员给予的支持力,顺应力的方向配合护理人员进行翻身;对照组采取传统的协助翻身方式,不进行翻身顺应性指导.比较两组患者翻身时疼痛程度和住院期间压疮发生情况.结果 两组患者入院后第1、第3天及术后第1、第3天翻身时疼痛程度经比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组不同时间的疼痛程度均低于对照组;住院期间观察组只发生Ⅰ期压疮2例,对照组发生Ⅰ期压疮9例,Ⅱ期压疮3例,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 对髋部骨折患者实施翻身顺应性指导,不但提高了患者在护理人员协助其翻身时的配合能力,而且有效地减轻了疼痛,降低了压疮的发生率.
