| 摘 要： | 分析78例心功能不全患儿体外循环术后持续高热的临床特点,总结有效的护理方法.术后持续高热的原因主要与术中机器转流、血液降温与复温、全麻致体温调节中枢功能紊乱有关,临床上具有高热出现时间早,单一治疗方法干预效果差,容易出现并发症的特点.护士需严密观测体温变化,采用联合降温并针对并发症及时护理,同时做好强心和保暖的护理.78例患儿中76例体温、心率恢复正常,痊愈出院,仅有2例并发室颤抢救无效死亡.
