| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究血清瘦素浓度在甲状腺功能减退患儿体内的变化 ,探讨血清瘦素与甲状腺功能的关系。方法 :用放射免疫法检测了 18例原发性甲状腺功能减退患者和 2 0例健康自愿者血清瘦素浓度 ,同时检测FT3 和FT4等指标 ,分析血清瘦素浓度与甲状腺功能的关系。结果 :原发生甲状腺功能减退患者血清瘦素显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清瘦素与FT3 和FT4呈直线正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :原发性甲状腺功能减退患者血清瘦素显著升高 ,血清瘦素与FT3 和FT4呈直线正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between leptin and thyroid hormone in hypothyroidism.Methods:Leptin,FT 3 and FT 4 were determined in 20 healthy people and 18 patients with hypothyroidism.Serum Leptin,FT 3 and FT 4 concentration were measured by radioimmunoassay.The correlation between leptin,FT 3 and FT 4 were analyzed.Results:Leptin Levels in hypothyroidism was found significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Serum leptin concentration was correlated to FT 3 and FT 4 (P<0.05 and P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum leptin concentration is significantly higher in patients with hypothyroidism;serum leptin concentration is directly related to FT 3 and FT 4. |
