| 摘 要： | 目的 建立醋酸泼尼松片、醋酸地塞米松片TLC定性鏊别法。方法 薄层色谱法，以水饱和的醋酸乙酯为展开剂，在紫外光254nm下检视。结果 两种药品薄层色谱中，斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰，并改进了药典中定性鏊别方法的某些缺陷。结论 本鏊别方法灵敏度高．操作简便、准确，可用于两种药品的快速分析。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop the TLC identification for Tabella Prednisoni acetatis and Tabella Dexamethasoni acetates.METHODS Thin-layer chromatography,using a mixture of ethylacetate and water,detecting at 254 nm.RESULTS The TLC chromatograms of two drugs were of clearness,good separation ,and nointerference.The developed TLC identification have some advantages over those described in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.CONCLUSION The method is sensitive,convenient and accurate,and is suitable for the rapid identification for Tabella Prednisoni acetatis and Tabella Dexamethasoni acetatis. |
