运动平板试验中T波变化对冠心病诊断的临床意义

【目的】探讨运动平板试验中T波变化对冠心病诊断的临床意义。【方法】通过选取我院2006年7月-2009年7月就诊于心血管科门诊的761例运动平板试验检查的患者,行冠状动脉造影检查。【结果】运动平板试验阳性与冠脉造影的阳性符合率为88.4%,而仅有T波异常的符合率为73.9%,均与冠脉造影阳性结果有着明显的相关性。仅有高血压或仅有糖尿病患者冠心病的发病率无统计学意义差异,但同时合并有高血压和糖尿病二种危险因素较只具有一种危险因素的患者冠心病的发病率有明显的统计学差异。【结论】单纯T波变化对于临床诊断冠状动脉缺血具有重要的意义。

The clinical significance between the change of T wave in Treadmill testing and coronary angiograph

【Objective】This study to designed the clinical significance between the change of T wave in Treadmill testing and coronary angiograph.【Methods】By collecting 761 patients with Treadmill testing and coronary angiograph in our hospital.【Results】Positive rate of Treadmill testing was 88.4%,positive rate in T wave flatting was 73.9%.T wave flatting or inversion also have significant meaning to the patient with angina.But no statistically significant difference was observed between hypertension and diabetes.There is statistically significant difference with the group both hypertension and diabetes.【Conclusion】T wave flatting or inversion also have significant meaning to the patient with angina.
