| 摘 要： | 目的对集装箱表明消毒效果进行现场评价。方法采用现场采样法,通过对集装箱表面消毒前和消毒后30min棉拭子擦拭采样,对采集样品进行细菌分离鉴定和菌落计数培养,比较消毒前后细菌种属和菌落数变化情况,对消毒效果进行评价。结果依照规程,应用消毒剂对集装箱表面消毒后,细菌总杀灭率为99.59%,符合消毒要求。结论现有的集装箱表面消毒方法,满足口岸卫生处理要求。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate disinfection effect for container surface. Methods The samples were collected in the site, meanwhile, the bactera were isolated, identified and counted. The changes of species and the number of colonies of bacteria in the container surface disinfection before and after 30 minutes were evaluted, the disinfection effect was campared. Results The rate of disinfectants killing bacteria was 99.59%, it met disinfection requirements. Conclusion The existing container surface disinfection methods can met the requirements of the port health treatment. |
