| 摘 要： | 目的了解2009年《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》修改后,深圳口岸出入境人员中艾滋病病毒(HIV)的感染情况及艾滋病的流行趋势。方法以2009—2012年深圳出入境检验检疫局HIV确证实验室确证的HIV感染者为研究对象,对HIV的监测情况及HIV感染者的流行病学资料进行流行病学调查分析。结果2009—2012年共对274726名出入境人员进行了艾滋病血清学检测,检出HIV抗体阳性者73例,总检出率0.27‰。HIV感染者以男性为主,主要感染途径为性接触传播。结论研究结果对于制定出入境人员艾滋病的防治策略具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn the status and the trend in HIV infection among entry-exit persons at Shenzhen port. Methods The epidemiological investigation data of HIV infectors detected from entry-exit persons in Shenzhen 2009 to 2012 was analyzed. Results From 2009 to 2012, entry-exit persons were tested and 73 of them were HIV-antibody positive. The positive rate was 0.27%0. HIV infectors were male mainly, they were mainly infected by sexual intercourse. Conclusion The result suggested that frontier health and quarantine has played an important role in the prevention and control of the spread of AIDS. |
