日本公共卫生事件管理对我国的启示

我国现阶段处于突发事件的多发期。在各类突发事件中,公共卫生领域的突发事件发生的频率和负面影响位居前列。如何有效应对公共卫生领域的突发事件,对我国政府来说是一个迫切需要解决的现实问题。本文在研究分析日本公共卫生事件管理系统基础上,总结了其成功经验对我国的有益启示,在结合我国国情基础上,提出了完善我国公共卫生事件管理的对策。

The Enlightenments on Japanese public health emergency management to China

In the present stage of our country is in the period of multiple emergencies. In all kinds of unexpected events, the emergency public health field occurrence frequency and the negative influence rank the forefront. How to deal with these emergencies events effectively, It＇s a very real problem to our government and needs to be resloved urgently. In this paper, we summarize the successful experience of beneficial enlightenment to our country and put forward the countermeasures to perfect the management of public health emergencies in china based on analyzing the Japan public health event management system and in combination with our country national condition.
