| 摘 要： | 目的 观察地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效.方法 将254例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组:地氯雷他定复方甘草酸苷联合治疗组和依巴斯汀对照组.结果 治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(χ2=12.42,P＜0.01); 治疗组的不良反应发生率为13.8%,高于对照组的7.3%,但差异无显著性(P＜0.05).结论 地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效满意,值得临床选择应用.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of desloratadine plus compoud glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria.METHODS 254 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,one(treatment group) with desloratadine plus compoud glycyrrhizin and the other(control group) with ebastine.RESULTS The total effective rates were 89.2% for treatment group and 71.8% for control group(P<0.01),significant difference existed.CONCLUSIONS Desloratadine plus compoud glycyrrhizin is effective in treating chronic urticaria,and worth to use in clinical. |
