新式打结法在脊髓型颈椎病后路改良单开门椎管扩大成形术中的应用

目的探讨新式打结法在脊髓型颈椎病后路改良单开门椎管扩大成形术中的应用疗效。方法对78例脊髓型颈椎病患者行后路单开门椎管扩大成形术，术中以铆钉铆于侧块，尾线打结方法随机分为两组，实验组41例以新式打结方法将棘突根部固定维持开门状态。对照组37例以普通打结法固定，术后均以颈托固定3周。术后对轴性症状的发生率进行统计。结果术后平均随访24个月（12~36个月），术后12个月实验组轴性症状发生率12．2％，对照组发生率32．4％。结论新式打结的方法对预防脊髓型颈椎病后路改良单开门椎管扩大成型术后轴性疼痛效果满意。

New Knot Method to Prevent Myelopathic Type Was Posterior Cervical Spondylosis Improved Single Door Vertebral Canal Expanded Keratoplasty Rear axle Sexual Pain

Objective To evaluate the new modified single door knot method in myelopathic type was posterior cervical spondylosis of vertebral canal expanded keratoplasty application effect. Methods 78 cases of posterior single door spondylotic myelopathy vertebral canal expanded keratoplasty, intraoperative to anchor nailing in lateral mass, end line knot method randomly divided into two groups, experimental group 41 cases with new knot method will spines roots fixed maintaining open, comparison group of 37 cases with normal fixed knot method, postoperative neck collar in fixed for 3 weeks. The incidence of postoperative symptoms of axial statistical evaluation. Results The mean follow-up of 24 months （12 to 36 months）, 12 months after experimental axial symptoms rate 12.2%, control group in the incidence of 32.4%. Conclusion New knot method in myelopathic type cervical vertebra disease prevention of posterior improved single door with the vertebral canal expansion molding postoperative axial pain.
