军队中小医院医务人员职业暴露危险因素分析

目的 分析军队中小医院医务人员发生职业暴露危险因素和防护中存在的问题,提出防护措施。方法 对本院2012年1月至2013年12月发生职业暴露的48名医务人员进行总结与回顾性调查,提出防控措施。结果 职业暴露人员中护士占58.33%,医师占20.83%;职业暴露发生环节中拔针时及拔针后放置不当占39.58%,手术操作占27.08%,处置医疗废物时占29.17%,清洗器械时占2.08%,抢救危重患者时占2.08%。结论 强化医务人员防护意识,严格规范标准操作,完善职业防护配套设施措施,能够有效预防职业暴露发生。

Risk Factors of Professional Exposure among Medical Staff in Middle-small-scale Military Hospitals

Objective To analyze the risk factors and existing problems of medical personnel occupation exposure in middle- small- scale military hospitals, and put forward protection measures. Methods Retrospec- tive investigation was made on 48 occupation exposure medical staff reported from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2013. Preven- tion and control measures were proposed. Results Nurse occupation exposure accounted for 58.33%, doctors ac- counted for 20.83% ; Occupation exposure links include improper pinhead placing during and after pulling out pin- head （39.58%）, surgery operation （27.08）, disposal of medical waste （29.17%）, cleaning medical appliance （2.08%）, giving emergency treatment to critical patients （2.08%）. Conclusion We could effectively prevent occupation exposure by the following measures, strengthening protection mind, paying attention to the standard op- eration, perfecting the related equipment for occupation protection.
