| Abstract: | Based on investigation , the authors discussed some current defects in hospital performance man-agement in the management idea , goal, evaluation indexes system , feedback and communicating mechanisms .Fur-thermore , on the basis of practice , some potential improvement measurements were put forward , which included clearing construction goals , perfecting scientific management system and feedback institution , and so on. |
