高级别胶质瘤术后放疗55例疗效及预后因素分析

目的探讨高级别胶质瘤术后精确放疗的疗效及预后影响因素。方法对55例高级别胶质瘤患者进行回顾性分析，选择患者的年龄、性别、病理分级、癫痫发作、是否行术后同步放化疗等因素作单因素分析和多因素分析。结果全组患者随访率为87．3％，1、2、3年生存率分别是49．0％，23．6％，7．3％，中位生存期为11个月。单因素分析显示病理分级（P=0．002）、年龄（P=0．001）对生存率有影响，多因素分析同样提示病理低分级、年轻患者有较好预后。结论病理低级别、年轻患者有益于高级别胶质瘤术后精确放疗的预后。

The Effect and Prognosis Factors Analysis on 55 Cases of Postoperative Radiotherapy Curative with High Grade Glioma

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the high grade glioma postoperative precise radiotherapy and prognostic factors. Methods 55 cases of patients with high-grade glioma were analyzed retrospectively, and select the patient＇s age, gender, pathological classification, seizures, whether postoperative chemoradiation factors such as the single factor analysis and multifactor analysis. Results The follow rate was 87.3%, the 1-year, 2-year, 3-year over all survival rates were 49.0%, 23.6%, 7.3%, and the median survival time was eleven months. Univariate analysis showed the patholog- ical grade （P=0.002） and age （P=0.001）were important factors affecting the survival time. Multivatiate analysis showed the better survival of low pathological grade and yonger age. Conclusion Low pathological grade and yonger age are bet- ter prognostic factors.
