细菌性痢疾89例调查

摘    要:目的探讨细菌性痢疾的发病季节、流行病学特征及治疗药物的情况。方法对一级某医院三年腹泻患者488例中细菌性痢疾89例发病情况,流行病学特征,使用药物的情况进行分析。结果细菌性痢疾89例全部治愈,疗程一般3~7天。通过调查食用未洗或未洗干净的水果、蔬菜、海产品等被细菌污染的食品62例,占69.66%。牛奶、饮料被细菌污染者18例,占20.22%。未加工或加工不彻底的肉制品9例,占10.11%。饮食场所地摊和路边店79例,占88.76%。家庭就餐10例,占11.24%。发病月份在6月份7例,占7.86%。7月份9例,占10.11%。8月份39例,占43.82%。9月份34例,占38.20%。就诊在发病后1~2天就诊者75例,占84.27%。3天以上者14例,占15.73%。发病年龄在15~30岁者45例,占50.56%。31~40岁者23例,占25.84%。41~60岁者15例,占16.85%。61岁以上者6例,占6.74%。发病在7~9月份及青少年居多。结论青少年夏季天气炎热的情况下食用不洁食物或加工不彻底的食物引起的多见,年长者患病者一旦出现重症较多。有关部门和机构加强对流动人口与流动摊贩的管理能有效降低细菌性痢疾的发生率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the onset of bacterial dysentery season, epidemiological characteristics and therapeutic drugs. Methods The level of a hospital three years 488 cases of bacillary dysentery in 488 cases of diar- rhea incidence, epidemiological characteristics, the use of drugs were analyzed. Results 89 cases with bacterial dysen- tery all cured, treatment generally 3 to 7 days. Through investigation to eat not to wash or not wash clean, fruits, vegeta- bles, seafood, 62 cases of bacterial contamination of food, accounting for 69.66%. Milk, beverage, 18 cases by bacteria polluters, accounting for 20.22%. Raw or processed meat products with incomplete 9 cases, accounting for 10.11%. Eat- ing-place street and roadside store of 79 cases, accounting for 88.76%. Family dining 10 cases, accounting for 11.24%. Morbidity in June in 7 cases, accounting for 7.86%. July 9 cases, accounting for 10.11%. In August, 39 cases, accounting for 43.82%. In September, 34 cases, accounting for 38.20%. Clinic in 1 ~ 2 days after onset patients 75 cases, accounting for 84.27%. More than 3 days 14 cases, accounting for 15.73%. The onset age of 45 cases, at the age of 15 ~ 30 (50.56%). 31 and 40 23 cases, accounting for 25.84%. 41 ~ 60 15 cases, accounting for 16.85%. More than 61 - year - old 6 cases, accounting for 6.74%. In the majority onset in 7 - 9 months and adolescents. Conclusion Youth summer hot weather or eating unclean food processing under the condition of incomplete caused food, older people are diseased appeared more severe. The relevant departments and agencies to strengthen the management of floating population and the floating vendors can effectively reduce the incidence of bacillary dysentery.
