嵌顿性股疝聚丙烯疝修补片一期无张力修补57例

目的探讨急诊嵌顿性股疝聚丙烯疝修补片一期无张力修补的可行性、有效性。方法对57例急诊嵌顿性股疝病人行聚丙烯疝修补片一期修补的临床资料及随访结果。结果术后切口积液3例，切口浅间隙感染1例，无深部补片感染；随访无疝复发及新发疝。结论急诊嵌顿性股疝选择聚丙烯疝修补片一期修补是可行的、有效的。修补时重视肠管生机的判断、严格无菌操作、彻底止血、术后应积极处理并发症。
