| 摘 要： | 目的探讨增强乳头凹陷产妇母乳喂养自我效能的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2013年1-12月在宁波大学医学院附属医院产科病区分娩的206例乳头凹陷产妇的临床资料,通过制定个性化的母乳喂养学习计划、强化自我护理能力、减少产妇各种原因引起的生理不适、疏导产妇的不良情绪、增强榜样效应、加强家庭支持等增强母乳喂养自我效能的护理。结果206例乳头缺陷产妇院内母乳喂养成功率为83.98%,半年内母乳喂养率为72.2%。结论增强乳头凹陷产妇母乳喂养自我效能可提高母乳喂养成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore of the nursing strategy of enhancing breastfeeding self-efficacy of maternal with crater nipple.Methods Clinical data of 206 cases of crater nipple maternal were analyzed retrospectively.Trough the personalized maternal breastfeeding learning plan,strengthening the self nursing ability,reducing maternal physical discomfort caused by various reasons,modified maternal bad mood,enhancing the model effect and strengthening the family support to enhance nursing breastfeeding self-efficacy.Results The successful breastfeeding rate of 206 cases was 83.98%,and the breastfeeding rate was72.2%within half year.Conclusion Enhancing breastfeeding self-efficacy of maternal with crater nipple can improve the success rate of breastfeeding. |
