| Abstract: | The construction of central hospitals are confronted with the challenges from multiple military duties and increasing market competition pressure. In order to meet the challenges, a strategic goal of establishing research- oriented hospital was promoted in military central hospital construction. In this study, we analyzed the difficulties encountered in the construction work, introduced the successful practices of focusing on long - term planning, basis strengthening, innovation and transformation encouraging and summarized the accomplishments in an attempt to recognizing the primary problems in research -oriented hospital construction and provide reference for central hospital management. |
