| 摘 要： | 血浊理论的提出为辨治现代疾病提供了新的思路和方法,高脂血症的发生发展与血浊有着密切的关系。作者认为脾虚失健或脾运不及,浊邪污血是高脂血症的基本病机,其病变脏腑主要在脾,与肝、肾有关,从浊论治,兼顾脏腑,辅以援药是其特色治疗方法,可达到未病先防、既病防变,实现"治未病"的目标。

| Abstract: | The theory of blood turbidity provides new ideas and methods for the differentiation and treatment of modern diseases. The occurrence and development of hyperlipidemia is closely related to blood turbidity. This article believes that spleen deficiency or failure of spleen dysfunction,turbid evil and blood is the basic pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia. The diseased viscera is mainly in the spleen,which is related to the liver and kidney. Treating from turbidity,taking into account the internal organs,and supplemented with aid medicine are its characteristic treatment methods,which can achieve the goal of preventing the disease before it occurs. |
