药源性低血糖症28例临床分析

目的探讨药源性低血糖症的发病及临床特征，以提高早期诊断及救治水平。方法回顾性进行临床总结，分析28例药源性低血糖症的临床资料和治疗经过。结果全部病例均为急性起病，血糖范围在0．48—3．20mmol／L；其中以脑功能障碍为首发症状及伴随该临床表现者16例（占57．1％）。发病因素与降糖药物用法不当、药物超量、用药与进餐量不匹配、首选强效降糖药、中西药配伍不适、用药后过迟进食等有关。28例经临床及时确诊，应用高渗糖等治愈率达100％。结论早期诊断低血糖症是治疗成功的关健所在；加强合理用药是有效预防药源性低血糖症的根本措施。

Clinical features and emergency management of drug-induced hypoglycemia

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of drug-induced hypoglycemia,and to improve its early diagnosis and treatment. Methods Data of 28 cases of drug-induced hypoglycemia were retrospectively analyzed.
