| 摘 要： | 为探索插管井水简便而有效的消毒方法。使用自制的消毒管观察了对井水消毒效果。经试验，在４２口插管并内均安放一次性消毒管，３０ｍｉｎ后即可将井水细菌总数减至２７ＣＦＵ／ｍＬ或更低，大肠菌群减至〈３ＣＦＵ／Ｌ。井水细菌总数合格率由 前的２３．８％提高到１００％。大肠菌群合格率由零提高到１００％《

| Abstract: | To explore a simple and effective disinfection method for hand pump well water,the disinfection action of an one usable self made tube disinfector on the hand pump well water were observed in 42 hand pump wells.The results showed that after the hand pump well water was disinfected by a self made tube disinfector for 30 minutes,the total count of bacteria reduced to 27 CFU/mL and less,the qualified rate of which increased from 23.8% before disinfection to 100%;total coliform bacteria reduced to <3CFU/L,the qualified rate of which increased from 0 before disinfection to 100%.One self made tube disinfector could be used for more than 25 days continuously,and the concentration of chlorine in disinfected hand pump well water always maintained the level ruled by National Sanitary Standard for Drinking water |
