| 摘 要： | 报告1986年1月-4月脑出血和脑梗塞住院病例24例,均做了CT检查,其中有14例临床诊断和CT扫描不符合。发现临床难以诊断的大脑半球小灶出血、出血性脑梗塞、多灶性脑梗塞CT可诊断出来;临床上无法诊断的无瘫痪性脑出血、无瘫痪性脑梗塞CT也可诊断出来。据文献报道及本文观察,对脑血管病临床诊断应进一步深化认识。

| Abstract: | In this paper we report 24 cases of in-patients admitted from Janu- ary to April in 1986. They were suffering from haemorrhage and infarct diseases examined by CT. Among them, the diagnosis of 14 cases didn't coincide with CT. Small haemorrhage in the cerebral hemisphere, haem- orrhagical infarct, multfoci of infarct could be diagnosed by CT, patien- ts suffered from haemorrhage and infarct without paralysis could be di- agnosed by CT. also. According to some articles and our review, we su- ggest that the knowledge of clinic diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases should be advanced further. |
