初产妇不同会阴切口护理方法的效果观察

目的比较初产妇会阴切口不同护理方法的护理效果。方法把432例阴道自然分娩初产妇分娩顺序随机分为实验组、对照组,实验组采用0.5%碘伏擦洗联合清洁温水冲洗护理会阴切口;对照组采用0.5%碘伏擦洗护理会阴切口。比较两组会阴切口肿胀、疼痛、愈合情况。结果两组产妇产后48h会阴肿胀、疼痛没有显著性差异（P〉0.05）,在产后切口愈合情况存在明显差异（P〈0.5）。结论用0.5%碘伏擦洗联合清洁温水会阴冲洗,能有效促进会阴切口愈合,产妇感觉舒适。

The Effect of Different Methods of Nursing Perineal Incisions in Primipara

Objective To explore influences of different methods of nursing perineal incisions on their recovery in primipara. Methods 432 casess 0f primipara spontaneous vaginal delivery were stochastically divided into experimental group and controls group according to the delivery order. Experimentional group： uses the 0. 5% idodine solution nursing perineal incisions combined clean warm water vulval and perineal toilet . Controls group uses the 0. 5% idodine solution to disinfection perineal incision. Observes the situations between the two groups of the primipara perineal incisions swollen,pain and heals. Results Two groups of primipara perineal incision swollen and pain not remarkable difference （ P 0. 05） . The wound healing of the experimentional group was better than that of the cont rol group（ P 0. 05） . Conclusion It can be improve the healing of the wound with using the 0. 5% idodine solution nursing perineal incision combined clean warm water vulval and perineal toilet,the primipara feels comfortably.
