磷脂对自由基损伤的心肌线粒体的保护和修复作用

摘    要:报道磷脂类(卵磷脂及心磷脂)对氧自由基损伤的心肌线粒体的保护及修复作用。应用黄嘌呤氧化酶/次黄嘌吟自由基诱生系统作为自由基损伤体系。预先在心肌线粒体系中加入磷脂可以降低自由基引起的心肌线粒体的膨胀,过氧化脂质的堆积,保护细胞色素氧化酶的活力。这可能因为自由基对心肌线粒体的损伤导致了线粒体膜上卵磷脂及心磷脂的破坏。在体系中外加卵磷脂及心磷脂可作为氧化损伤的直接目标,保护了细胞器的正常结构和功能。同时

Abstract:The protection and repairment of myomitochondria by cardiolipin and phosphatidylcholine were studied.Xanthine oxidase and hypoxanthine system was chosen as the free radical generating system.The research showed that these phospholipids could decrease lipid peroxidation and myomitochondria swelling caused by free radicals,and kept cytochrometic oxidase at a high level.The free radicals might mainly disrupt the phospholipids in the mitochondria membrane.These results suggested that as a direct goal of free radical injury,the addition of the exogenic phospholipids might keep normal structure and function of mitochondria.Meanwhile,phospholipids also repaired the injured mitochondria and recovered the cytochrometic oxidase activity by improving the lipid microenvironment of cytochrometic oxidase.
