| 摘 要： | 于１９９６年７月￣１０月，对大骨节病区１３６例，非病区４６例，７￣１２岁儿童，进行了右手Ｘ线检查，同时测定了骨碱性磷酸酶（ＢＡＬＰ），结果查出大骨节病４６．３２％，ＢＡＬＰ查了５６．６２％，ｘ线诊断与ＢＡＬＰ诊断符合率为９２．０６％。在大骨节病区Ｘ线检查正常者，ＢＡＬＰ检出阳性率为２６．０３％，结果证明，ＢＡＬＰ测定方法，对儿童大骨节病筛查及诊断有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | From July to October in 1996,right hand X ray examination and BALP measurement were conducted on 182 children (136 in endemia,46 in non endemia) aged 7 12 years old.The results showed positive rate was 46.32% and 56.62% according to X ray examination and BALP determination,respectively,and proportion of concordance was 92.06%.The positive rate of BALP test was 26.03% in X ray normal children from endemic areas.These results suggested that BALP determination was of greater clinical application value in screening Kashin Beck disease. |
